I sit there patiently, waiting for my chance...waiting for my target's attention to be drawn elsewhere. I know that it may take some time, but I am a patient man...at least that's what I like people to think. I like them to think that I will bide my time, waiting as long as necessary to take my revenge. It tends to stop people from incurring my wrath when they know that I will repay any slights, no matter how long it takes.

Finally I can see my chance. His attention has been caught by a pretty girl on the other side of the room. Hardly surprising, given the nature of my target. But I am not here to dwell upon the follies and weaknesses of the man, no; I have another matter to attend to. My hand reaches out and takes what I have been waiting for. A snake striking its prey might have moved faster, but I doubt it. And soon my prize is carefully cached in an appropriate location, all before he can return his gaze to mine.

There's a slight look of puzzlement on his face, as if he knows that something has happened, but is at a loss to explain what. And then he fixes me with a steely glare and asks, "Illya, where did my doughnut go?"

I fix an appropriately innocent look on my face, and hope that all traces of sugar are gone from my lips, as I reply, "Doughnut? What doughnut Napoleon?"
